Lynx has worked with some fantastic chefs, and we were incredibly fortunate to work with great friends Kent Rathbun and Kevin Garvin. Kent invited us to hold an event at his residence in Dallas, and while we were more than happy to use the opportunity, we had no idea just how gorgeous and well thought out his backyard was. It was totally geared to entertain, and these seasoned (pardon the pun) pros were masters at their craft. From the menu, to the wine, all hand-selected by Kent, the evening was truly epic.
Not to rest on our laurels, we invited some of the toughest food critics and media members to the event, many of whom had never tasted a meal from a full outdoor kitchen. How did it go? You be the judge!
